they NEVER answer the phone. i tried morning noon and afternoon but no one answers. how do they get away with this

I paid extra for bottle service during an oil change and they took an hour and a half to put the wrong oil in my car using the standard box oil, I had to bring it to their attention and kind of press

they never have any idea of what's going on and appointments take hours just to get seen. also it's impossible to ever call them as they never answer the phone. the manager of the store has been helpf
