I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with mozzarella sticks. I waited 35 minutes for my full meal. One of the employees commented on how I didn't order veggies. I found that to be very out of place. Horribl

Customer service is really bad. Truly surprised this level of service is allowed to exist... and on a military base no less.

I really like this Charley's. It's located in the PX food court and the service is always friendly and not a long wait. (Except around payday) They always load my sandwich up with meat and the gourmet
