Per last excuse as business demands then why isn't the introduction rate the same as someone who has never missed a payment monthly and has been loyal. Why not put the rate of what a customer will be

I have been renting a storage unit for a few years. Facility is clean and well kept. They do a great job checking the units and have notified me promptly when I left my unit unlocked.

Gary was great! Price was WAY less expensive than any other storage units. Great customer service!
