Bait and switch, bigtime. Sandwiches DO NOT resemble pics on their app. Wimpy amounts of meat.
Standing in the lobby and the guy making my food is bitching about my online orders. My family uses the coupons in the app and he doesn't seem to happy that we used the buy one get one sandwich coupon
Walk in orders are ignored over drive thru. If you really want Arby's, drive thorough. No matter if there is 20 cars in drive through, the walk in will always be 21st.
