It's alright. Ur paying for them to just tell you a workout and you do it. It's not as hyped and energized as I woukd hv liked but staff is nice!

Great workout. Better then traditional gym because ALL the instructors make it just plain fun. Lost 10 pounds in about eight weeks doing it (COVID pounds!).
