Best Buy does everything imaginable to not let you speak to the store. That would give zero stars as they are not customer friendly. However the store staff is great. They deserve 5 stars. I feel bad

Extremely unprofessional service. Had me waiting for 20 minutes while services customers who came in after I did. I am further confirmed, they racial profile at this location. never going back.
