Eastland Center, formerly Westfield Eastland/Eastland Shopping Center, is a shopping center in West Covina, California, currently owned by a joint venture formed by DDR Corp.. and Blackstone Real Estate Partners VII, a real estate fund managed by The Blackstone Group on behalf of its investors. Westfield America, Inc., a precursor to Westfield Group, acquired the shopping center in 1998 and renamed it "Westfield Shoppingtown Eastland", dropping the "Shoppingtown" name in June 2005.
