LA is no stranger to sushi empires, but few have achieved the popularity (and accessibility) of Sugarfish. Plain and simple, this is the highest-quality sushi at the best price in town. There are many locations around LA these days, but don’t fear, the quality hasn’t dropped a bit. You can still get your nine-course Trust Me dinner for about $30 (it fluctuates between lunch and dinner) and walk away thrilled. The Marina del Rey outpost feels appropriately corporate given its surroundings, but the waits are just as long and the food just as good as any of the other locations in town.
