Municipality of Santo Tomas, officially the Municipality of Santo Tomas, is a municipality in the province of Batangas in the Calabarzon of the Philippines. The population was 179,844 at the 2015 census. In the 2016 electoral roll, it had 85,480 registered voters. With the continuous expansion of Metro Manila, the municipality is now part of Manila's conurbation which reaches Lipa City in its southernmost part.
