Inlet Square Mall is a 434,482-square-foot single-level regional shopping center in Murrells Inlet. Its anchor stores include Belk, Bath & Body Works, Planet Fitness, and Books-A-Million. After the opening of a Walmart Supercenter in nearby Garden City, Kmart closed in late April 2014. On January 7, 2015, it was announced that the one of the mall's two main anchor stores, J.C. Penney, would be closing in March of the same year.
