Latitud 32 is located outside of Ensenada on the Valle de Guadalupe wine route. This dining room neighbors the El Cielo resort and is set within a working vineyard, commanding a prized view of the valley's landscape. The grounds are stunning, while the restaurant has a rustic elegance with a high ceiling, stone and brick-lined walls and floor-to-ceiling glass. The menu is a fusion of Baja and Yucatan specialties. Highlights include salbute de pato, comprised of fried masa tortillas topped with shredded greens and a generous amount of slow-cooked, shredded duck pibil. Slow-cooked lamb atop mashed potatoes liberally sauced with birria broth shines in borrego tatemado. House wines are poured to enhance the experience, and the menu offers recommendations for each course.
