My parents got us Wendy's but when she got the fries they were cold not even warm after eating cold fries I do not recommend them

We were at my brothers house this weekend and on the way home to Ohio we thought we would stop at Wendy's to get burgers. We did and the food was cold. We will not be stopping at that Wendy's again. I

Used to be the best fast food restaurant in belfry but the last few weeks it has been horrible. The food is over cooked, the staff don't seem to know what their doing, missing food, etc...
