How is the bread so stale? My sub was not good and very small with little toppings. Not worth the patience it takes to order and have your sub made correctly.

I ordered 2 subways and would like 4 separate wrappings. The employee was completely clueless that meant 2 pieces for each subway and 2 x 2 = 4. I managed to get her to give me 2 wrappings for the 1st
