The gal that was checking me in told me they other valvoline in vegas put regular oil, not synthetic the previous time. Ive always put synthetic, so if Valvoline previously didnt put in the requested
**BEWARE** Do NOT bring your vehicle here unless you want to end up with a crack in your oil pan DUE TO OVER TIGHTENING & paying 3 times what you anticipated to get it fixed elsewhere since they admit
