I had a very concerning experience with Dobbs Tire & Auto Center in Waterloo, IL. In May 2024, they performed steering and suspension work on my vehicle, which they later admitted was done incorrectly

If I could go negative I would. I had a problem with a tire that wouldn't stay aired up, wouldn't think to much of a big deal right? I had an extra tire with me because of these type of situation, ask
