Food is always cold, machines don't work and poor customer service... please fix it already!!

I have been a Dairy Queen fan since I was a child, more than 50 years ago. I tried their Chicken fried steak fingers, with gravy and Texas Toast. The food was excellent and HOT! My only issue is with

I stopped here to get an order of steak fingers with onion rings. The gravy and Texas toast were HOT and tasty! One thing I like about Dairy Queen is that they don't cook your food until you order it
