This hotel needs help. Dirty carpet everywhere, rooms are old and need to be refurbished. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of options in Raton, so you don't really have a big choice.
On check-in hotel had changed our reservation requested room type from 1 king to 2 queens without our approval. Unacceptable and wrong in every way!
This was a clean hotel. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff were courteous. Great place to stay in the area.
