The emergency room department is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I called to check on my grandmother and was told what was going on but the nurse had no idea why the decisions was going the way they were. I give

8 total hours on the phone with customer service. 6 different representatives. Everyone of them giving a different answer. Total lack of training and knowledge. Go elsewhere!

We found the staff kind, attentive and thorough. They were patient and willing to take the time needed to for the patient to understand.
