waiting 1hr 40 minutes to change 1 tire, while all the mechanics are walking around, smoking and talking on their phone, the worst service I've eve received in Chicago area, definitely not recommended

got here 830 for a tire patch and it's 1pm and now they are taking a look at it. i never leave bad reviews but terrible service. told me 2 hour wait
