It says they close at 10pm but I call 40 minutes to an hour and they never pick up the phone

Thursday. Feb 19. I call twice and let it ring many times. It's 9:13 and they close at 10. No one answers. Could have really their food tonight. Guess they don't wanna answer any phone calls. Kind of
