I love this store the staff is super nice and Mike was super nice as well he treated me like a human being while still doing his job give this man a raise he help me find the sketch book i was looking

We were visiting family in Westfield, IN. Where we live the closest Michaels is a two-hour drive. Shopping on line is not my choice. YOU have the BEST employee we've ever had. DEE is a ball of energy.

Good for occasional shopping. Website said they are a UPS pickup location, and open on Sunday. Arrived, no signs. Asked two employees, they had no idea. Told to go to register. Waited in line. Cashier
