They broke my rain sensor and it has been two weeks. I checked at the shop and all I got was they would call me when it comes in. They could call their supplier or at least tell me they would, but no.

Didn't realize I would be crossing time zones to attend this appointment, no one mentioned it when they offered me the appointment outside of my local area. Called over an hour in advance to find out
