We had a wonderful meal at Bui Vien. The fried rice cake omelette (bot chien) was great, and we also enjoyed the sticky rice dishes. We'd love to come back and try more things, such as the chicken giz

Bui Vien Street Food is such a great addition to Little Saigon San Jose. Also, if you haven't heard, you can take the newly named Little Saigon Freeway, aka 101 and exit Story Road to get to Bui Vien

We ordered the chicken cartilage, pork belly xoi, & banh mi chao. Service was quick & friendly! Food was delicious so I highly recommend trying this place. I would come back and try other dishes next
