Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 had opened since 9 January 2008. The project costs S$1.75 billion and took about 7 years to construct. The terminal has 28 aerobridge gates, with eight capable of handling the Airbus A380. The terminal had the capacity up to 22 million passenger annually with 380,000 m of usable area, while over 20,000 m of floor space had been set aside for retail and F&B.
