Lone Grove is a city in Carter County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 5,054 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Micropolitan Statistical Area of Ardmore. The city, located 7 miles west of Ardmore on U.S. Route 70, is a bedroom community, with many residents employed in Ardmore.
