Ordered medium rare. Received well done. Really needed salt and pepper. Rather disappointed

I was staying at the Marriott for a business trip and came into Sean O'Casey's on the later end of the evening and ordered the NY strip. The service was excellent with a special mention to the bartend

Decent food, good service. Menu is a bit strange, and im worried about inconsistency in the kitchen, but overall if youre in the hotel its an easy stop.
