Made a Grab and Go mobile order, staff did not start prepping order until 15 minutes after mobile app said it would be ready. On a meal that normally takes 5 minutes to make.

Mexi Melts have always been my favorite, and even though I can't ever find them anymore on the menu i cab still ask for a couple and they make them for me.
