Need to clean up the serving area pretty nasty. Low on items to pick from too always scraping the bottom of container

I was eating my bowl that I just got a few minutes ago and I found a hair in it! I called and they really didn't seem to care when I called about it! So unprofessional.

I ordered a burrito bowl and when I ate my food it was so stale and crunchy more crunchy than chips and I decided to complain gave me a new batch of rice and still crunchy!!!
