Estadio de La Cartuja or officially Estadio Olímpico de Sevilla is a multi-purpose stadium situated in the Isla de la Cartuja in Seville, Spain. It is used mostly for football and it is commonly referred to as simply 'la Cartuja'. It was completed in 1999 for the World Championships in Athletics and seats 60,000 people. It was the venue for the 2003 UEFA Cup Final between Celtic and Porto. The stadium was one of those included in the Seville bid for the 2004 and 2008 Summer Olympics.
