I have a monthly membership and I have been by everyday starting on Saturday 1/25 thru 1/28, and the car wash has been closed. (Hours have varied from 1 pm till 4:45 pm)

Car didn't get clean at all. It was our first time and it confusing on how to enter an exit. Workers not friendly. Awful experience and waste of money!

Unauthorized charge to my credit card. Spent an hour talking to their "dedicated guest advocate" who refused to process a refund or escalate the call to a supervisor.
