Morriston is a community in the City and County of Swansea, Wales, and falls within the Morriston ward. It is the largest community in the Swansea county. Morriston is sometimes referred to as a distinct town; however, it has yet to receive a town charter. Morriston lies three miles northeast of the Swansea city centre and is considered part of the urbanised region.
