Very nice people working there. Answered all questions and helped with laundry issue.Location was good. We had a party to go to in Windsor.Well bathroom had a lot to be desired. Safety bar was mounted
The rooms are generally clean.The heater/air-conditioner was loud & it smelled. Didn't seem to be working properly.
Housekeeping was sub par. Ice machine was broken, room rug needed to be replaced, no shampoo in dispenser.
