mother in law was a patient there. not one time when she used the help button did someone respond. I even went to the nurse station. they are not friendly and very disconnected from the patient needs.

I have nothing but the greatest respect for baptist hospital concerning all depts. The reason there aare poor ratings givven them is because the ratings are by women and they are obsessed with drama.
