Just love it when the only internet provider in town tells you they are open til 8 and you show up at 6:30 only to find they closed at 6pm. Way to go, Spectrum! You SUCK!!!!!
Absolute disaster. No sense of urgency at all. Excessive wait times. You cannot simply return equipment you have to wait in line behind customers who are shopping and want explanations on every featur
A very long frustrating wait to turn in equipment. They should allow people dropping off a quicker line rather than having to wait behind customers who need lengthy assistance.
