Everybody was very nice and helpful. Love them. Service is wonderful. They are shorthanded, but just please be patient and they will get to you as soon as possible.

we brought our dog for grooming and it was terrible- he came home with a huge rash cuz supposedly their cold water wasn't working so the soap stayed on him to long - they could have gotten some bottle
