Proprietor and Pit Master Jack Timmons is originally from Dallas, Texas. A former engineer at Boeing and Microsoft - Jack left a career in technology to pursue his true passion - Central Texas BBQ. Jack started the famed Seattle Brisket Experience in 2012 and in 2014 he founded Jack's BBQ on Airport Way in Seattle's SoDo neighborhood. I came here for the dumper, enjoyed it, and appreciated the discounted price when the Mariners win. Service was great, prices are reasonable and it's clean. Good stuff
