Return/ exchange policy is awful here! If you don't have a receipt you won't get no help, I have clothes with tags it was bought/gifted to me just 3 days prior. I was refused a exchange no options not

Worst customer service. Wouldn't allow us to exchange our shirts for different sizes because there was no tags. I had the receipt and card I used to buy the shirts. Claimed they couldn't "resell" them
