Charged me packaging fee for an item that shouldn't be charged for... talked to Alex the store manager and he was no help...
Very patient with the customers. At time the line is long but that's only due to people NOT knowing what to do with THEIR returns! Not cause workers decide to be slow, I go here very often for Amazon
