Employees are kind and usually fast with getting through the long lines, while also being helpful and friendly. I prefer this Ross over lots of other locations in the valley!

I stopped by the shoe area first since this is my usual path from right to left of the store. The store was in better condition considering it's the holidays. I liked those Nike shoes I took a pix of.

Why is the entrance of Ross so messy? If it were more orderly, I'd be more inclined to visit and shop. Items were in disarray but tended to get better as I proceeded towards the back of the store. Sta
