Had a great experience at the Grand Spa. Originally I had booked at the Park MGM Spa but came to this location on accident and the staff were very accommodating and able to reschedule our massage here

I had a facial at the spa at MGM Grand Monday January 12, 2026 I also purchased a facial for a friend as a gift. Part of my 50 minute facial was spent trying to get me to purchase additional service.

The people that provide the services are great. We both had facials and massages. However the people that work at the front desk are not. They overcharged us and when we asked for a refund, she laughe
