December 1st 10.30am ordered food, no problem apart from searching for a clean table!!!! On leaving asked to use the loo, noticed stated ask staff to open door on downstairs toilet. Response UPSTAIR..

Doors was open at 11Pm wasn't allowed to sit down even tho didn't close till mid night After waiting 20 Min had to stand and eat my food over a bin Staff was very rude also.

Ameenas customer service was on point, very polite, helping and not one to rush you for ordering. Service was with a smile. What a lovely women.
