Polia is a comune in the Province of Vibo Valentia in the Italian region of Calabria. It is located about 30 kilometres southwest of Catanzaro and about 20 kilometres northeast of Vibo Valentia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,224 and an area of 31.8 square kilometres.
