Today, a repurposed warehouse on the site is home to a bright and bustling restaurant that seats over 100 diners in an informal setting. Working in a completely open kitchen, the chefs turn out unpretentious cuisine that emphasises vegetables and contemporary flavour combinations. Expect dishes such as ripe green tomato carpaccio with whipped cream, anchovies, puffed quinoa for crunch and parsley for a subtle herbal accent.
