I wasn't greeted as a loyalty member or at all. Also, wasn't thanked for coming when leaving. The bedroom carpet had a stain; I saw a few ants in the room; and underneath the bed needs cleaning. Other
Room was a great size and clean. Pool and hottub were spacious. Lauren at the front desk was absolutely incredible. She literally saved us. When we couldnt get a cab or ride back from the hockey game.
Stayed one night for a business event. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. What stood out was the excellent customer service I received from Shovana at check in. The staff that checked me out
