Cut my dog twice and said nothing. Second time my dog was traumatized for 3 days!! Horror show!!!

They cut all of my dogs fur off after being asked to give a "minimal trim" and did not have any regard for my input in the decision. I would NEVER bring my dog here again!!!! terrible!!

The fur machine did a wonderful job on my 2 dogs I have two small dogs that look great and smelled wonderful.
