I ordered a new phone paid for next day shipping and Saturday shipping and here I am 5 days later a still no phone. when they picked the phone up from the warehouse they sent it in the wrong direction

Horrible. I took an item in to have them package it. Only to have my item arrived broken into multiple pieces. Absolutely horrible. What's the point of paying someone to pack your box if they destroy
