Staff was behind schedule. I'm not an easy stick. I have small veins. First person couldn't land a vein. Higher up came in she also struggled to find anything. Poor experience.

The few times I've been here, they have been on point!!!! Haven't felt the needle going in or while it was in!!! Wish there were more phlebotomists like they have here!!!

Great and fast service! Loved Aliya. Will come here again for my quarterly blood tests.
