Pate Chaud is one of the best in San Jose, you can also have an option of chicken or pork. I haven't tried their sandwiches in a while so can't give a recent review of that.

The bánh mì was well priced and delicious. The store is very small so don't expect to eat there. The plaza on where to park is also small, but watch out there are some very persistent homeless people
