Server messed up an order of 2 ciders and a beer. No bartender ever. The bowling is fine but the service is as bad as it gets.

Took over an hour to get a sampler and when I asked about it the cafe lady had a major attitude about it. I asked for a refund and was denied. Simple customer service is needed at this establishment.

They wouldn’t give us a refund after not delivering our food. Said it was our fault for not telling them earlier.
