Ordered shoes online and they sent me USED, stretched-out shoes...2x!!! Had to FED-X $11 to mail back. Horrible experience. Never again.

I like DSW and I went into the DSW in Danbury Ct location a few times and almost always have an issue with that store. On my 9/21/24 visit, I had asked to speak to the manager and was informed she was
